Meal Roadmap – Terms & Conditions
1. Service Overview
The Meal Roadmap is a 30-day personalised meal planning service created and delivered by a Registered Dietitian. It includes:
Full dietary assessment
Weekly personalised meal ideas tailored to your nutritional needs, budget, and preferences
Diverse, downloadable recipes and smart shopping lists
This service is designed to support your nutrition and health goals through professional, evidence-based guidance.
2. Eligibility
The Meal Roadmap is suitable for adults aged 18 and over. Clients with existing medical conditions may be required to complete an initial consultation to ensure the service is safe and appropriate for their needs.
3. Payment
The service fee is €250 and must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Once the dietary assessment is completed and the plan has been delivered, the service is considered non-refundable.
4. Client Responsibilities
To create a plan that’s tailored to you:
Clients must complete the intake forms fully and accurately.
Clients are responsible for sourcing ingredients, preparing meals, and following the plan in line with their own lifestyle and preferences.
5. Service Delivery
The first week of the meal plan will be delivered within 5 business days of receiving completed intake forms.
Plans will be delivered digitally via [Practice Better/email].
Ongoing support for minor questions or adjustments is available during the 30-day period.
6. Health & Safety Disclaimer
This service is delivered by a Registered Dietitian and is suitable for most individuals, including those managing common health conditions such as high cholesterol, PCOS, IBS, or prediabetes.
If you have a complex or unstable medical condition, or are undergoing active medical treatment, you may be required to complete an initial consultation to ensure the plan is appropriate for your clinical needs. This ensures your safety and the effectiveness of the plan.
This service does not replace urgent medical care or specialist treatment where required.
7. Privacy & Data Protection
All personal information is handled in accordance with GDPR regulations. Your data will be used only for the purpose of delivering this service and will never be shared without your consent.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, including meal plans, recipes, and shopping lists, is the intellectual property of Fin the Dietitian (Altus Clinic Limited) and may not be copied, shared, or distributed without permission.
9. Plan Adjustments
Reasonable modifications may be requested during the 30-day service window.
Customisation beyond the original scope may be subject to additional charges.
10. Cancellations
Cancellations made before intake forms are completed and no services have been delivered are eligible for a full refund.
Once the assessment is completed or materials have been shared, the service becomes non-refundable due to its personalised nature.
11. Limitation of Liability
Every effort is made to ensure the plan meets your needs. However, Fin the Dietitian (Altus Clinic Limited) is not liable for any adverse effects or outcomes resulting from plan implementation. Results may vary based on individual adherence and health status.
12. Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by Irish law. Any disputes will be addressed in good faith and resolved through communication or mediation before pursuing legal action.
